1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and bha88 (hereinafter referred to as "bha88", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the bha88 online gaming platform available at bha88.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a phone number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile banking account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bha88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any User at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate; proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account). Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, ultimately, account closure.

3. Account Management

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the bha88 Platform at any time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bha88 actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close all duplicate accounts upon detection, forfeiting any bonus funds held therein.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bha88 account login credentials, including your username and password. bha88 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

3.3 Account Closure by bha88

bha88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if bha88 reasonably determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account activity indicates fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour; (c) you have provided false registration or KYC information; (d) continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to bha88; or (e) you are a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or are subject to international sanctions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bha88 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bha88 does not currently accept transactions in any other currency. Currency conversion, if any, is the sole responsibility of the User and bha88 accepts no liability for exchange rate losses.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bha88 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method remains valid and active.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bha88, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own transaction limits per their respective platform rules. Deposits are credited to your bha88 gaming balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. bha88 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own service charges, for which bha88 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by bha88 compliance. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bha88 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. bha88 reserves the right to freeze account funds and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required. Deposits must not be made from funds derived from illegal activities. Any funds identified as being of illegal origin will be confiscated and reported.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bha88 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bha88 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published within the Platform interface:

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets displayed on the bha88 Platform at the time the bet is confirmed. bha88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by: obvious pricing errors, system faults, data feed failures, match abandonment, or any circumstances in which the integrity of the market cannot be guaranteed. Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the User's account balance.

12. Amendments & Termination

bha88 may terminate or suspend the Platform, or any part of it, at any time with or without notice, including as a result of regulatory, legal, or technical requirements. In the event of Platform-wide termination, bha88 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users and to return eligible real-money balances to their registered payment methods within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bha88 Platform, you agree to first contact bha88 support at [email protected] and allow bha88 a reasonable period of not less than 30 days to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive dispute resolution mechanism. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute through arbitration.
